I think that makes me a flip flop expert , and I am telling you as far as comfort and durability goes these are the best I have ever worn. Everyone has a different sense of style , so maybe these shoes aren't for everyone, but as long as you are not looking for a water shoe,(as these are not made for the water),these flip flops are great. Buy something else for the water, and where these after and before .
