(More customer reviews)I have six pair of Kenneth Cole dress shoes, three are similar to these. Two of my previous pair were starting to look worn and I was looking for a replacement. These look exactly the same as the shoes I bought 2-3 years ago. To my surprise, the quality was nowhere near the same. Here are my issues with these shoes:
1. These shoes are thin, no insulation and no cushion.
2. They have the ugliest florescent blue lining I have ever seen. I would be ashamed to take my shoes off in the airport. Also, I think this lining would be visible if you cross your legs.
3. After one wear, the Kenneth Cole logo inside the shoe almost faded completely.
4. The worse part, they are completely uncomfortable. A callus wore on my small toe after one full day.
Guess where these shoes are now. Not the garbage - Goodwill. I hope someone can use them.
I tried to contact Kenneth Cole to discuss this quality issue. I assumed they had to be fake. I asked customer service if I could send them pictures; they refused to receive emails with attachments. Perhaps that is why I am now writing this review. I hope someone will benefit.
