(More customer reviews)I normally dont write reviews but I felt the need to with this shoe. I got this shoe to replace my Sperry 3-Eye Billfish that I have worn for 3 years.
I recently got a herniated disk in my back and only tennis shoes would help with the back pain while walking. Of course when I had to dress up and walk around all day I could not were tennis shoes plus if I did I would look pretty ridiculous. I tried to find a nice pair of Sperry's (being my favorite shoes) that would look nice but also be comfortable walking around in. Then I saw these shoes on Sperry's website and noticed how they are made to handle shock and vibrations while on boats, hint the ASV(Anti-Shock and Vibration). So I ordered them hoping that they would be comfortable on my feet. Man did I made the right decision.
Right away the shoes are darker than they appear on Amazons website or Sperry's website. I liked that since I didn't want them too light. They are much nicer than they look in the picture. They have a great contrast with the stitching and the 2-tone color. Easily the best look athletic-boat shoe combo I have bought. They are extremely comfortable, almost just like wearing sneakers. I have been walking around in them for a couple of days now and can say that they definitely help take away some back pain and have made my feet more comfortable.
I ended up getting the shoes for a total of $80 after using my amazon rewards card.
Best shoe purchase ever in my opinion. I can say that if you get these shoes not only will your feet be comfortable but you'll also have some real nice higher end Sperry's that will catch some eyes.
