(More customer reviews)very soft leather, good arch support. my heal doesnt slip out like with some EARTH shoes (I love EARTH shoes, they are all I wear) they feel already broken in when I first slipped my foot in! The only break in for me will be the arch, I have low arches and need it to smash down a little! these are super cute in the silver!
