(More customer reviews)These are generally comfortable shoes but, unfortunately, they simply do not hold up under normal wear. The inner lining and collar had large holes worn into it within 9 months of purchase, with foam pushing out through the holes in the collar. Also, the insoles have a tendency to adhere to your feet -- quite uncomfortable -- when worn without socks. For the price, they simply are not worth the cost, not for half the price, for that matter. Apparently, long gone is the day when Sperry's shoes could be counted on for their quality and durability, and since their warranty only covers "manufacturing defects", and the problem with these is poorly chosen materials, you will not get any satisfaction by attempting to return them.
I would have given them 0 stars, but Amazon forces you to give at least one.
