The shoes are great, awesome soul support, t he are not too too soft but neither are they hard, I sped 15+ hours with them every day and you can't even feel them, pure leather like you would expect from Timberland. Until now no problems besides the fact that being leather and all they get kind of moist at the end of the day, but im a MED student and on my feet all day so I highly recommend them.
