(More customer reviews)I really like the look of the shoes and they are even quite comfortable, but I am afraid the quality is quite poor.
Within days of wearing these (And I was barefoot with no socks, which I think is to be expected with boat shoes) some stitching on the inside started to come loose. Now I just trimmed away the loose stitching and it doesn't seem like any more has come loose since then. But still to have that happen and so soon is unexpected.
Second the insoles started to come apart. The insoles are glued to the bottom portion of the shoe, and consist of basically a piece of foam with a fabric glued on top of the foam. Well after a few days of wearing after the fabric started peeling off and away from the foam at the toes, and there is really no way to go in there and glue it back down.
I tried to contact Rocket Dog multiple times and never got a response. Very disappointing, albeit I fixed the problem by instering some other insoles, I have found a clear lack of quality in these shoes and I really don't expect them to last much longer. And after they are done I do not intend to buy this brand again.
