(More customer reviews)I bought a pair of these in white a few years ago and when I found it in cooler colors online, proceeded to buy it in preppy navy with red trim and classy black with white trim. The model was slightly different, but they have since improved much of the design, with add'l stripes on the rubber edging and better inside soles and overall construction. I wear them as house shoes, so I can't speak to their durability in real walking conditions, but I always get compliments on them and they are an attractive alternative to the usual soft soled house shoes.
The only problem I have with these shoes is that the current version is sloppily put together. Within a few weeks, the classy side stripe had unglued and drooped off until it tripped me as I walked. Ripping it off instantly made the shoe look like garbage. Also, the entire rubber edging around the shoe is ungluing, as well, and I am glad I bought the model that was sold by Amazon, since they are accepting my return.
